General Returns Policy
At Kikko & Koast, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, you may return products within 14 days of receipt for webshop credit or an exchange. Returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Unused and in their original condition.

• Complete with original tags and/or packaging.

Webshop Returns Policy
For online purchases, we are happy to issue a replacement or refund if items are returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, resealable condition. Please note the following:

• Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Items must be securely packaged to ensure safe return.

• Returns should be sent via a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items during return transit.
